These Terms and Conditions apply to our TV stand sales (standard & custom TV stands) and related services. By purchasing our TV stands, you agree to these rules:
Withdraw/cancel orders: Standard TV stands can be canceled within 24 hours of placing; custom TV stands (tailored size/material) cannot be canceled once material preparation starts. Payment adjustments follow order status.
Liability clarification: We’re not responsible for damage from improper self-assembly, or normal wear (e.g., material pilling from long-term use) beyond product warranty.
Design rights: Our TV stand designs are for your personal use only—no commercial reproduction/copying without permission.
User behavior rules: Avoid unlawful/offensive content when consulting custom TV stand details; no spam toward our service team.
Account management: Customer accounts (if applicable) will be disabled for fraudulent orders or repeated rule violations.
Additional terms: Standard TV stands include a 1-year cabinet frame warranty and 6-month surface material warranty.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy covers our standard & custom TV stands:
Terms of returnStandard TV stands: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Custom TV stands: Only returnable if there’s factory quality defects (no non-reason returns, as they’re tailored to your needs).
State of returnTV stands must be unused, unstained, in original packaging; assembled TV stands need to be disassembled and restored to original package status.
Reason for returnApproved: Wrong TV stand delivered, factory defects (e.g., cabinet cracking, surface tearing on arrival). Unapproved: Incorrect size/style chosen by you, damage from self-assembly/use.
Process for return1. Contact our support team (provide order number + photos of the issue). 2. Wait for 24-hour review approval. 3. We’ll arrange door-to-door pickup for large TV stands (or guide small TV stand returns via designated logistics).
Process of refundAfter verifying the returned TV stand meets requirements, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Quality-defect returns get full refunds; standard TV stand returns (non-defect) deduct return shipping fees.
